Labor cost to dang expensive. Labor cost was about the same as tires

my tire blew out and I made it to you'll store. I did not have an appointment and you'll were close to closing. Shannon Russell and team were very helpful and nice. very impressed

Service was good and problem fixed.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. They took the time to explain everything going on to me & printed out helpful info too.

Service was slow. Had the tire changed and then on the way home the TPS sensor quit reading. Not looking forward to another long wait to get the sensor retaught.

I couldn’t be happier with NTB and their staff. They made dealing with my car issue a piece of cake and it took about half the time to repair my vehicle that predicted so that was a nice surprise. Absolutely love these guys and will return when a problem occurs.

Would not let me do one star. Rather than repair my tire in a timely manner, they decided to wait and show me my bad wear and try to up sell me. I understand you are trying to make money, but I asked you to complete a simple repair not sell me new tires or unneeded service.

Very good customer service and quick and easy services provided

I did research on the tires i wanted on line. I narrowed it down to 3 choices. All 3 choices were available. The associate helped me determine what best suit my needs. I asked for a veteran discount and the associate gave me one. This was a great experience. I was in and out in a timely manner.

The lady up front was very clear and helpful with the services I needed to be performed on my vehicle. I definitely will be returning here very soon for my wife's vehicle as well
