Our service was great. I felt sorry for the representatives because they were both working at the desk and working on the cars so our wait time was far longer than it shouldve been.

My service was no charge due to the tires were bought at another NTB store in another state. I didn't mention that, but the service person looked it up on her own and told me no charge. Very refreshing.

It was easy making the appointment and my visit was quick and thorough

good, fixed problem, inspected everything. alignment is corrected but steering wheel slightly off center now.

I drop my tire off to have it changed. The tire was flat and had sidewall damage. I was not expecting my tire until Monday morning. I left the tire and was on my way out of town. The service member had sometime and quickly changed the tire. I was amazed and impressed how fast this was done. The total job wash so fast I was able to get the tire back the same day in less than 1 hour. I was happy because it was my wife’s car. The service members and technician performed an outstanding job. This way I was able to have my wife’s car back in working order in a matter of hours. They were great at this store.

went early, But were still busy. 1.5 hours before they could give estimate.Showed me the problems. Gave me an estimate for cost and time. Within the time frame I was called and the cost was less. I will carry my Vehicle there again!!
