I waited 7 hrs for them to fix 3 things when I had a appointment.

Andrew took care of my vehicles oil change , reset my oil reminder light and checked the pressure in my tires

It was just a long wait 3 hrs. Just wish I was informed that it would be a while. They did a great job on the car though.

Ryan DeBerry was very friendly and didn't miss a single detail.

Spoke with manager who refunded my money but nonsense and distraction could have cost me my vehicle, will not return

I came in the evening before my appointment due to a slow leak in my driver side rear tire. After the tire was checked it was found to have 3 screws/nails in it. I was advised due to the place of one of the screws the tire could not be fixed. And since my car was AWD I needed to purchase 4 tires. Jera Lawrence was the greatest help. She gave me multiple options, scheduled my appointment for the next afternoon. Her customer service skills are impeccable…she’s very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I am very satisfied with my visit to NTB

Everyone is very polite and helpful. Mark is always helping as much as he can and explaining in detail what they are going to do.
