Corporate needs to do a better job on the website when scheduling. The time I selected was already taken per the manager though they were able to help me.They took care of the previous customer for that time then me spite they had one shop associate and one counter person.

Good reps - frustrated my Citi card would not process and the card company said nothing was on their end so it seemed to be the shops reader - or my card magnetically being ruined. But reps were very understanding and helpful!
