Came in for a single tire repair. Seth and his crew were swamped with tickets. Took everything in stride and professionalism. They were still able to communicate with their customers in a friendly way and execute d the work perfectly. Seth was an excellent manager taking car of customers while being berated on the phone by some grifter who wouldn’t except your store policies. Very good job fellas

If I could make the rating any lower I would, this is not even the car that my son brought in to have checked out! The 2000 SW2 went to the junkyard about 4 months ago. My son brought in his 1997 SL2. The invoice had all the information for his sw2 like his license number and mileage, so nobody even took the time to find out what they were working on!!!

Car still pulling to the left, went right back after the alignment, they had one of the mechanics come out and drive it, came back and said you're good to go and handed me the keys! Guy at the counter acted like it was an inconvenience to have a customer in the store

Sean is a very nice guy he made sure I was informed with updates on my vehicle as I waited.

They were going to let me drive away with my alignment worse than when i brought it in. its like the guy stopped halfway into the job. I had already paid and everything!

Sean and Dan went above to align my car that was modified. Great guys and great location!

Nothing to add at this time. It'll be nice that online scheduling takes existing appointments into account and existing appointments can be updated.
