I scheduled an appointment because I suspected one of my tires was running low. Seth and Sam treated me very well: They diagnosed the problem when I came in and offered possible solutions, and when I decided to replace all four tires, they told me they could do so the next day. Before I even arrived for my replacement, they ascertained that my tires would not be delivered in time to their store as expected, so Sam went and personally picked up those tires so they could honor their commitment to me as a customer.

I scheduled an online appointment to replace the tires on my vehicle. Selecting the tires online and setting up the appointment was easy. I appreciated the large selection of products but ease of filtering and comparing options. The service was completed in a very timely manner and ended up being a bit cheaper than the online estimate. Seth Lloyd, the store manager I checked in and out with, was phenomenal. He communicated clearly, was straight forward about what to expect, and friendly. While waiting in line to pick up my vehicle, I heard him interacting with other customers in a similar respectful, professional, and personable manner. Definitely the kind of person you feel comfortable leaving your vehicle with! Additionally, you could tell he has a good relationship with the team in the garage. Because of Seth and his crew, I will absolutely be returning to this NTB location in the future.
