Your 2 associates that took care of me, were very professional. Great customer service!! I was told at my Toyota dealership I needed tires, on my way home from work I realized I had a very low rear tire…I added air and called NTB and was told to come in immediately. She had to do a search for the tired I needed, and was told it would be a 3-7 days, and it was 4 days before Christmas. A tech put my spare on and I left and got a call 2 days later to come in to have my new tires installed. I cannot say enough praise go their outstanding customer service.

Staff are always kind and friendly

The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very personable. The Technician came in and explained everything to me in layman's terms so that I could understand completely. The front staff made me feel comfortable and kept updating me on the progress of the repairs. Went over items that I will need to address in the very near future and went over the cost of these items. I tell everyone I come in contact with that starts talking about auto repairs or tires, etc. that NTB Washington Road is the only place that I would consider using.

This is the 3rd set of tires purchased from NTB and I have always been satisfied with the staff and timeliness of the service provided.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They had the tires I needed in stock. The work was accomplished within the timeframe they stated.
