Met all my expectations.

I had made an appointment in advance, therefore wait time for all jobs performed is 1 hour 15 minutes. Not too painful. Price and service are good. People are courteous. However, reset low tire pressure button was done incorrectly, I have to use user menu to do it correctly myself. Otherwise, I will give it a five stars.

The customer service people were efficient and couteous.

They completed the job which is good. But left the splash guard in my trunk so I had to return the next day to have it installed. Also my floor mat now has oil all over it. Just minor things but I expect better when having my car having repairs

If I could give a negative star rating, now would be the time. In attempt to maintain brevity, Ill simply state the facts and refrain from elaborating on the (unprofessional, unethical, immoral, dishonest etc.) practices of this location. I will however address the illegal service (or lack there of) provided. I visited the shop to get my alignment done. I paid the shop before leaving for having my alignment done. It was brought to my attention two weeks later that it hadnt been done. Facts!
