Good service, but technician didn right my apt down like agreed and I had to come back another day.Kind of wasted 1/2 a day.

I was from out of town and was returning home but had a nail in my tire. I arrived 10 minutes before closing and your personnel took care of me in an outstanding manner. Great customer service was given & appreciated!

tires were rotated and balanced well, however they were all ( 30psi) when i received the car back. this should not happen if checking the air pressure is part of the service. To their credit, they worked me in without waiting the next day when i took it back, so kudos for fixing the issue promptly

The associate communicated well the process of purchasing the new tire. The whole process worked out good. The service was speedy.

Found a nail in my tire. Stopped into NTB without an appointment to see if they could repair the tire. Ed worked me in, had the tire repaired, did not charge me for the repair, and sent me on my way with a smile.

Associate was very accommodating, letting me leave my vehicle there while I went to work. He also checked my battery and shared the info with me. I really appreciate him working me in and going above and beyond with great service.
