Great but a little slow. Never happened before..Was not even busy. Waited 2 hours for oil & tire rotation& new wipers

I was greeted by Ed who was not only professional but took the time to explain the service I selected. When he had further information regarding my brakes, he called and explained thoroughly the recommended repairs and quoted me exact pricing. Then he was able to give me a finish time and called me as soon as car was complete which was the exact time he had stated he could get the car repairs completed. Upon checkout while busy with many customers and phone calls, he maintained his professionalism and courteous manner. I am very pleased with the complete service as well as check-in and check-out. This agent deserves a raise!
