NTB was our company's service provider of choice for many years. Like many companies, NTB experienced some challenges due to management changes which lead to our company going elsewhere for service. With a new management team in place and one that clearly demonstrates a desire to create a new customer base and then maintain that base with superior service and a professional caring attitude, we decided to return to NTB. There are a number of reasons why we would recommend NTB to a potential customer but the three that come to mind are: Pricing, Timely Delivery of Services and Attitude of the management team. Since our return to NTB, we have had nothing but solid/quality service.
