Hello very, very slow- waited two hours for an oil change

Great customer service and everything was explained to me.

2.5 hrs for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation is a joke.

I have used this NTB location on several occasions. At one time I needed service and went to another NTB location and was very disappointed with the double talk from the service writer and chose to use the NTB located at 2195 SR 256 Reynoldsburg, Oh. where I have always received friendly, professional and fair priced service and products. Thanks for a job well done to the staff at this location!

Spilled oil all over my engine

this NTB has been doing most of the servicing for the cars and truck i have owned or used.

The customer service is horrible! Except for one young man there the others are condescending, and rude. I even called corporate without resolution. If I didnt have to go here I wouldnt!! I will be back at Tire Discounters as soon as I need new tires.

This store is amazing would highly recommend to everyone I know.

I have been using this NTB for years for my vehicle maintenance and have always appreciated the professionalism and knowledge exhibited by the mechanical staff. Have always felt I was treated decently and above-board by whichever staff I have encountered there.
