The reason for being pleased with serviced is the convenience. Since my service was basic. Convenience was very important. I will say that things like the type of service and option could have been explained.

I called to check on the service I was wanting and he said can you come now which was great got me right in got my headlights changed out for me and off within like 10 minutes and was expecting it to cost more than it did was highly satisfied with a personnel as well definitely highly satisfied with the service thank you

Upon my arrival at NTB, there was one customer ahead of me in line as your Customer Service Advisor 'Akea Hunter' was assisting his needs. When Store Manager Rusty Dittoe spied my presence he promplty inquired as to my needs and addressed all. Akea followed up with a thorough review of the service scope and estimate and upon inspection, I asked for the full proposal of work to proceed. 90 minutes later, the service was completed and the bill was paid. Akea made sure that I was aware of the REBATE available on my service needs fulfilled and provided the necessary form and information so to proceed. She also made sure that I was aware of the Warranty Coverages to support the work performed going forward. Everyone was personable and professonal. Got car in ahead of appointment had them check brakes which they informed need replaced. Explained what needed to be done and price which was right on.
