Theresa Cochran was my associate, she was super nice, went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything my car required. Her customer service is great, she is the reason why this location will now be my go to NTB.

They were able to get my tire delivered and installed the next day

Well services and well communication

The technician was respectful of my Meyer issue. They explained that they would try look at it as soon as possible, which they did.

I had to take my car a week later because my alignment wasnt done correctly

had issues with my BMW M5 and other shops try n overcharge cause im a woman but Kenny james really helps out

some wheel damage done... took 2 hours to install 4 tires... took 45 minutes past appointment time to actually begin work on my car.

Everything was explained well. In truth, I probably spent a little more than I should have and certainly spent more than I intended, but the value is such that tires are not something I am going to worry about.
