NTB-National Tire & Battery

Not such a great experience. I had to return serval times to get the air pressure checked out and to get the warning red light reset. This is the third time this has happened and I would like to at least be able to get the service done right without having to return. Thanks for allowing me the opportunity to express my concerns.

Quick and easy process to make online appointments and check in. Work took longer than expected but I understand stores can be short staffed especially during the holidays.

So far I've bought 2 sets of tires, done state inspections, and done oil changes at this location. Had great experience and location is convenient.

Service was professional; friendly; knowledgeable and personable. The only complaint I had was the TV wasn't working, missed news and the coffee area wasn't that clean.

After getting new tires there a few months ago, it was a no brainer to go there for my inspection. I did not even look at any other locations or businesses.
