I am highly satisfied above all because of how NTB beats its competitors in terms of the cost of getting an oil and oil filter change, as well as the possibility of including free tire rotation during such maintenance service. I know of no other car repair shops that include tire rotation when changing your engine oil and its filter. In general, I find NTB very good value for what I get when I pay for its services. Its employees at the counter are also very courteous and communicative. I never feel that they are "putting on over me", which I often feel at independent car repair shops.
