Do not take your car here! They are scammers! They will order your parts from auto zone instead of original manufacturer parts and charge you the same price. They dont even know how to tighten a bolt after doing a job....which resulted in more damage to my car. This store is a lawsuit waiting to happen and should be shut down.

The sales associate I worked with went far above and beyond. I first called out to see if NTB could get both my cars could get aligned under an alignment plan I purchased for both as I was under a time crunch. He not only worked with me but got the other car worked in right behind it. I could not ask for better service and it was all because of the Sales Associate duty. His personal care alone would have me coming back to NTB. He definitely deserves to be recognized.

Service was terrible, tried to force over sale me on multiple things when I went in saying I only want a tire mounted and balanced. In addition they told me they couldnt install parts not purchased there but, then once o got there suddenly that all change when I got there and lastly and most disappointing I left the location i they forgot to give me back my wheel lock and I was more than 25 mins into my 1 hour and 30 minute commute getting a call about not giving me back my wheel lock

The young lady at the desk and the employees working in the back were outstanding. Just not enough employees for this store.

I had stopped coming to Merchants, when that was the old name and was very unsatisfied with the service and staff. I have come back several times lately and have had a good experience. I will continue to come back because I believe with the new staff, thing s are getting better

The man checking me was great. Very friendly.

All Associates, Latee, Dylan, Luis & the gentleman who did the actual work were friendly, professional & efficient! I’ll be back!!
