I came in for a (non NTB) tire warranty. I was helped by “T” who was not only very familiar with the process, but he had everything done in a matter of hours. I tried this last year at a competitor and it took close to 2 months

I have been using this location since moving to this are in 1994. I have been a customer of Merchants/NTB since 1987. I buy all of my tires from NTB and when service work is required that I'm unable to perform it myself, i use NTB. This location specifically because the staff at this location has always been personable and professional. Mr. Waters and his staff were a pleasure to be serviced by earlier today. I will gladly recommend this NTB location/team.
