I had a nail in my tire and it was losing air. I stopped in without an appointment to see if it could be fixed. They told me it would take an hour and 1/2 so I left my car there and got a ride home. I was notified within the allotted time that my car was ready and when I arrived to the NTB to pick up my car I was told there was no charge for the repair. I was very surprised and very pleased. Overall great experience.
