Charged $100 as a diagnostic fee. The diagnoses was, they cannot fix it and to go to the dealer.

Karen was amazing! Highly knowledgeable and very friendly, explained the issues and how they worked and how they were going to fix them.

They were nice, but they did the quick and easy fix (also very expensive!) that didn't fix my car at all! It stalled out in the middle of the road within two days of getting back from Merchant's. They also lost my phone number, which seems a little unprofessional.
