Didnt feel welcome by personal, and one was very rude.

Employee was well knowledgeable in all details pertaining to my vehicle and made recommendations for future services.

Although I did not stay with my vehicle, the technician was getting in my car as I was leaving. The manager is informative, professional and pleasant.

Never again 147 for a light bulb and they said my alignment was bad until the I told them they did it they then told me it was good

On time, efficient, and competent

Big lyes. Went in for 19.88 oil change and tire rotation, but tires was not rotated. After I confronted them they say it did not need it, but paid for it and they put it on car fax they did it told wife don.t never go there again. Lost us after 20 years. Beware, told wife that was way to make front tires to wear out so you have to buy some more at later date. Good bye forever...

Steve and the entire staff were awesome! They were more than willing to assist me with my vehicle, and the young lady (can’t remember name) stayed in contact with me to keep me updated on the status of my tire. I would highly recommend NTB.

Clear, cut, consistent with explanation

I needed a new tire due to road damage. The associate that handled my situation was Jayme Clayton, I refer to her as "Jayme with a Y". Jayme was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in getting my vehicle back on the road. She had to order my tire, kept my vehicle inside her shop overnight, which I appreciated, and had me back on the road the next day. I appreciate excellent customer service which Jayme with a Y provides. When I went to pick up my vehicle, Jayme with a Y was busy on the telephone, so Andrea Davis offered to close out my work order, which I accepted; Andrea was friendly and very professional. I was very pleased with the customer service I received at NTB.

Steve and Andi always do a great job and keep me entertained when I’m there. They always keep me laughing!
