The associate- Sam , did a very excellent explanation of the technicalities of choosing a tire and the services involved . The cost of the tire and services were also at reasonable prices. Sam facilitated our schedule as I had all the tires of my son's car changed as well as all the tires of my car . Drop of was a breeze. Pick up was no fuss too with the assistance of Donald.

The service manager Q and his staff went above and beyond my expectations. I only paid for a tire change, and Q spent lots of time doing hard work to help me get multiple dents out of my bumper. This saved me time and money. The staff was very friendly and customer service was excellent.

I was unsure of what exactly was wrong with my tire. It was comforting to have it diagnosed as something else I had not thought of but which made total sense. It was a clear and fast resolution. The wait was not too long. The service manager was attentive and courteous.
