The system was down and Chris still took me in and installed tires and had an alignment done for me! He even helped me apply for an NTB card.

Manager Chris was great! They were behind schedule when I got there for my appointment and he still had a smile on his face nonetheless. He was knowledgeable and very professional. A true leader and an avid employee. Excellent customer service!

The staff was professional, and demonstrated care to serve. The service was completed on time and iij am highly satisfied.

The only problem I had was it took longer, 1 1/2 hours instead of 1 hour. The rest of the service was Excellent.

Great staff easy to work with, will be back.

Waited from 9am to 11am for and oil change after making an appointment for 9am. Poor management at NTB. Staff was rude.

NTB did not put a new service sticker in my vehicle or remove the old one. They also did not complete the tire rotation due to lug nuts swelling which my sockets at home had no problem getting them off.

The team at NTB led by Kevin worked on my car 2 hours after closing time. They were professional, dedicated, thorough, and friendly in every way. Nothing but good things to say about the staff at NTB

The pricing was not told to me beforehand. I even mentioned a different price and was not corrected. The pricing was also ridiculous and I would have went elsewhere if I had known they had recently upped their prices.

I called for tire price and installation. The quote was quick and sounded like a great value. Called Discount Discount Tire and they began telling me about all the environmental fees and stuff. I interrupted and asked what was the bottom line. It was nearly $100 more than what NTB quoted. Called Sam’s Club and was told they don’t do trailer tires. Next time I will go to NTB with confidence that I am getting the best price! The tires were also finished sooner than expected. And the tire guy was exceptionally polite and helped me load the four tires in my truck.

Chris informed me that all fire, police, and ems get free flat repairs. This was great news! They were extremely busy when I arrived. This was the third place I came to today and was glad he could get me taken care of.
