I needed tires. The associate (Kevin) ordered the tires I needed and then scheduled the installation and front-end alignment. All was completed as promised. No muss, no fuss.

Talk to Chris a 1/2 hour before closing on a Friday. They has a full schedule for Saturday but said if I drop off the car in the morning, he would fit it in during the day. It was finished right at noon. Worked out perfectly. Chris and crew are an asset to NTB. Thank you guys.

I didn't have an appointment but my oil was gone after only two months. My service engine light was on. They cared enough about my car to take care of the issue on the spot without me having an appointment with them. I really appreciate that because they did not have to service my car but they did.
