Brandy was awesome.... I was a little surprised at how much the high mileage oil change cost was... car has been serviced at Sear's for many years....

Everything was fine but it seemed that one hour and fifteen minutes is a little long for a rotate and balance that I made an appointment for.

They handle the car with excellent care. Very polite people

Some how my appointment wasn’t applied and when I got to the store the sales representative took care of it by honoring the appointment tha was made for 12:00 md which unexpectedly didn’t appear on there end it may be a glitch but it was done on a timely manner so happy was done to keep my wife’s minivan running smoothly and safety at most. Thanks NTB stuff .

Shop was busy and the techs lost focus once the manager left, causing the work to be delayed. Would be a 5 star review if the techs didn't get so easily distracted.

This business is the best. Everyone that works there is very considerate. They really care and provide excellent customer service.

Got 19.99 oil change. Satisfied. Will try to sell you to do more. Remember no is not against the law.

In and out was quick and easy. Clean facility to wait in.

They took for ever and miss measured my truck for the proper tires.What a fight to get it fixed.Buyer beware.

The employee was very professional with the job

Merchant's Tire in Durham is the WORST shop I have EVER been to. Thankfully, I do most of my own repairs, and in this case, I wish I would've just done this repair myself. Took my car in for a timing chain, they keep it for 2 weeks, I'm sorry but the chain takes 6.5 hours to do by a knowledgeable mechanic. My car was NOT fixed, it was instead SABOTAGED! Wires were cut, razor blades were found. New oil pump, yet NO oil pressure. These so-called mechanics should be sent to prison!
