The staff is great; I wish the online scheduling would take into account the length of a job. I scheduled for 5, knowing the shop closed at 6 but not realizing the job would take longer than an hour. The staff was great but I would prefer they were able to go home on time.

Initially Scott set up the appt, the day of, Chris was excellent in explaining what did and did not need doing. Ruled out a service recommended by Subaru dealer, then found I needed a new battery. I trust NTB to not oversell and to treat me, a woman, with respect. That is why I have returned multiple times with different vehicles.
