I showed up early and the service was so fast and easy to follow that I was able to get my battery replaced before my appointment was even scheduled.

I had unexpected tire repairs needed. Mr. Scott was very helpful and explained what had most likely happened and my options. Since I had to wait for my specific size tires to come in, he put the donut on for me so it would be safer until the repair was done. Mr. Chris communicated everything to me over the phone the day of the repair, and I was accommodated paying over the phone because I was out of town that day. Thanks so much for everything! I'll be back when it becomes necessary!

Someone called in sick and there were a lot of appointments and walk-ins, so it was a bit crazy and they were able to get my work done in a very acceptable time frame, and Chris kept me updated on what had been finished and what still needed to be done, etc.

Chris was wonderful. I called first thing in the morning on Saturday, desperate to have someone look at my car that day, as I was visiting and had no other means of transport. AAA told me it was a bad alternator, but Chris thought otherwise. He told me I could come in and he would take care of me. He quickly assessed that I needed a new battery and within an hour, the service was done and I was on my way. He and the mechanic saved the day for me. Chris was very helpful and made it so easy. Thank you!!
