They were extremely quick and very knowledgable i had no idea my brakes were so low and i find it very nice they looked at my whole car without even having to ask and got me in and out with no problems even though i didnt have an appointment.

I went in for an oil change and brake inspection. I explained that when I applied the brakes they would pulse so I thought the rotors needed to be turned. They told me an hour later that the rotors were fine but the brake pads would need to be replaced soon. I said thats fine because the pads have a lifetime warranty. The gentleman says Oh, then you would just pay for the service costs, I said thats fine. They dont even offer to do the service at that time even though I was ALREADY there. Then he passingly tells me that there was no oil on the dipstick of my car but it didnt appear to be leaking. No further comment or expressed concern. The gentleman then tells me a need an air filter. Again, fine, go ahead and replace it. He then tells me that my tires need to be replaced even though I had just gotten them less than 6 months ago. Lastly he tells me that my brand new battery (7 days old) was weak and needed to be replaced immediately. I took it later to where I bought it and had it tested. It was strong with no issues. Long story short, they never appeared to test drive and check the brakes because they were doing the same thing when I left. The things that they pointed out about the tires and the dipstick were true about my wifes car (Different make and model) from over 6 months ago. Oh and I forgot, they supposedly performed an alignment (under warranty) but the car still drifts and pulls to the left. Never had bad service there before but it seemed like they saved it all up for this visit.

In October 2017 front brakes started squealing really loudly and there was brake dust covering my tires so much so that they were black. I paid it no mind for a few days because I knew that I had recently had the front brakes done. But after about 4 days it wouldn't go away. I even washed the car on 10/4 to see if it made a difference, which it didn't. I called NBT on 10/5 and told them the problem. The person on the phone was snippy and sarcastic (Karla) but after we had a few words, she said
