Dom the lead tech was extremely helpful and professional made my visit for the unexpected repair very easy it was very delightful to have him fix my problem with the car he made it work!!!!

The salesman was very welcoming and informative of the service to performed. Assured that the car would have the new tires installed once they arrive to the store. As promised, the new tires were installed the same day the tires arrived.

Wilbur Turner was very open with me about what they were able to do for me without the mechanic on site. Even to the point that he referred me to another location that was close, and even though they had a mechanic and could possibly see me today I returned to this location cause the customer service and transparency is what I want in this situation.

I do not believe the technician inspected my rear brakes, I was there for almost three hours for an oil change and tire rotation, and there were only 3 customers including myself that were in the shop, two of them left less than 45 minutes after I got there, and I believe I was overcharged for the service
