This is my 2nd visit to this location in 6mos, each time Steve and Victor have been attentive and focused on getting my repairs done quickly, right and at a reasonable price. They succeeded both times, I got all the possible discounts and my 2007 Ford SportTrac is running fine.

The exemplary customer service that is received at the Smallwood location is commendable! Will is a rarity when it comes to customer service! He is congenial great articulation accompanied with expedient service one can’t ask for more! Thank NTB for Will and the mechanic for exceptional service!
