I had a tire issue & felt because it was late in the day that I wouldn't be serviced or taken advantage of (the former having happened at my dealership). Kory couldn't have been more open & honest with me and had the issue resolved quicker than I expected. It was a pleasant surprise and definitely has left a great impression on me!
