Raymond Glassford Sr. explained everything to me. He was polite, accurate and assured me he would look at my leaking tire himself. He did a great job, but unfortunately. I bought run on flat tires, they are not fixable or guaranteed!

Pricing on the tires was very good considering Christmas around the corner.

When I first went in to have my tire checked. The rep Informed me that I needed a new tire and they didnt have it in stock but he could order it for me. A week went pass I called to check the status of the order. I was informed that there was no order places However a near by store had the tire. I picked the tire up returned my vehicle to have the tire replaced. I received a call I need a coolant drained and filled. Why I picked my vehicle up the coolant was empty n the tire was was on 28%

Despitr being very busy, associate was calm, curtious and polite and resolved my issue.
