Service rep was excellent. Had nail in tire, no appointment. Took me right away. Tire needed to be replaced. Ended up replacing all 4. Felt price and quality was good. He did an excellent job. Will return for more work.

I had an appointment & arrived a few minuets early. However it took Tire Kingdom a little over 2 hours to complete the alignment. As far as I can tell, the alignment was done properly Received a print-out from the alignment machine.

Daniel was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He was very diligent with looking into what we needed. He made sure to quote us a price over the phone.

I feel I was overcharged for my battery, as after a$20 discount the total came to $196!

I had to go back too many times. They were not completing the work as listed. Also they did not secure my hubcaps and I lost one.

Associate that helped me was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Helped educate me on my breaks as well that need service. So much more enjoyable than toyota service dept. Thank you!
