They helped me out. No appointments available but managed to fit me in for an emergency. Just took too long, but am highly satisfied how the gentleman took care of me and helped put tire back on even though he didn’t have to.

Good communication in making the appointment. When I arrived everything was ready and work was started right away. I waited in a very clean and comfortable waiting room that had a great TV with tons of channels. The waiting room was quiet and had coffee etc at my disposal. Alex Reyes Otero was friendly and efficient and took care of me and my purchase with ease.

I scheduled online with wrong date. They still took me.

I had 4 new tires mounted and balanced in the estimated amount of time. They reinstalled the spare tire in the rear mount. They also replaced the valve stem seals for now. I have been using Tire Kingdom for many years and they have always done good job. Better than Tires Plus.

The manager checked to see that the tire damage was covered for the road damage incurred and setup repair appointment and provided me the cost. The repair was completed faster than promised.
