After visiting the store closest to me on two occasions, they were unable to diagnose the issue with my A/C. On the third occasion for the same issue, I was referred to Alex at the Narcoossee store. I can't say enough good things about Alex Lauffer, Eddy, and the tech that worked on my Sierra. Alex got me in right away and my issue was diagnosed and fixed the same day. Eddie followed up with me to let me know it was completed. I picked my Sierra the next morning. Alex reviewed the broken part and explained where it had failed. I appreciate the great service, which is very difficult to find these days.
