Tire Kingdom

I have been to two different shops, and I still have the same problem (vibration)

Really appreciated the honesty and level of support with consideration of personal affairs.

I dropped my car off at Tire Kingdom at 11:00am, and went to pick my car up at 6:00pm only to find out my car hadnt even moved from the place I parked it! Tire kingdom informed me that my car would be finished at closing time in one hour, so after waiting seven hours already I had to wait another hour!

I made an appointment for a mechanical issue but when I came in, I was informed that there was no mechanic on duty. I asked why did someone not call me to inform me that there was no mechanic but apparently there were problems with the system. It was resolved by the manager, Drew, and he made me feel at ease once the diagnostic was complete. He also found out that I needed two tires repaired which I did not know before I came in. The owner truly needs to put his employees in a better position to succeed. Their job is hard enough without dealing with lack of resources that they need to do to address their customers’ needs. This visit when from a 1 out of 10 to a 10 out of 10 because of how well the staff dealt with my concerns.

I feel the need to go back, I'm having some issues still going on

Customer Service was awesome, friendly and explained clearly what I asked.

Bought 4 new tires had a flat front on one of the new tires cost 170 when I just paid 558 for 4, dissatisfied to say the least!

Ease of dropping off and being kept up with the service.

None of those services were provided.

Employees were friendly and helpful; lobby was a nice place to wait while my oil change my performed; good price.

When I had my tires rotated last month they managed to cross thread TWO lugs which now had to be cut off in order to replace my tires.

Staff explain the service well and did a great job explaining what the inspection found

They have tried getting the alignment correct three times by rotating the new tires they installed 4 weeks ago , They did not tighten down tie rod and knocked loose the backer panel. They know tell us we need to have the back brakes shimmed. This all for a vehicle that was in alignment before new tires.

My service was quick and efficient. The tire prices were pretty fair and the technician was on top of it when I came in

Drew did a great job in helping me with my purchase initially, and the day of, Aaron did a better job seeing the job to completion.

From scheduling appointment to greeting by representative to professional attitude and friendly employees including Aaron and Oscar. Overall great and enjoyable time. Coffee was good as well

Came in for an oil change and needless to say the team took their time to educate me my 200 k miles car ( an oldie but Goldie ) needed more than oil change. They showed me all the issues in sprain and told me about what they recommended. I was skeptic originally but after they took their time to show me and teach me I appreciate their knowledge, communication and willingness to keep me safe.
