David the manager has always been very helpful, explains everything and just makes you feel like he's got everything covered with the service of my vehicle. Very happy with the services I've received to date.

Honest explanations about long delays

The cashier was so nice and friendly. Was ready in less than an hour. They even cleaned my car inside. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything that was unnecessary as almost all car places do.

Quick friendly service and work done in a timely manner.

We have an Exxon/NTB card that and have used NTB for tires and brakes. Do NOT take your vehicle to NTB. Frequent management and staff turnover for a reason. Take your car down the road to Gerald's for good honest work.

Customer service at this location is always excellent

I went in to have a tire repaired. Was never told that there was not enough tread to repair. This on a 60,000 mile tire with less than 30,000 miles. My tire was removed, a new one put on, my old tire disposed of before i knew what was happening. Have used them many times. Will never go back.

Trained the transmission fluid by accident Then drained the differential and overfilled. Never changed the oil...had to have everything fixed by a Subaru Mechanic.
