Great service would recommend NTB yo anyone overall

NTB has tried to balance a new set of Michelin tires for my SUV and have not been able to. However I think the tires are bad and NTB has offered to replace them at no cost to me.

Originally I ordered 4 new tires ahead of the appointment from a different brand that I was unfamiliar with. When I was in the shop for my appointment I had mentioned aloud that I had a different brand already on the car and liked them. The manager hearing this offered to check if my preferred brand was available at no additional cost. She was able to find my preferred brand at only a $50 difference. So I opted to get those instead. She was very good at going over all of the charges and what I would be getting. Even though I didn't schedule it I asked to add an oil/filters/wiper blades change during the same service and she accommodated me.

Got my car back with oil all over the engine bay. Somehow the alignment came back far worse than when I gave it to them. My steering wheel needs to be at about a15 degree angle to drive the car straightVery sloppy. Will be going elsewhere next time.

The service was fast and efficient. What was wrong and what it would cost to fix was clearly explained to me. I was satisfied with the whole experience. No long wait time and service was friendly.

Work started on time (even a few minutes early). Price for the tires was typical of the market. Two employees at the desk, both of whom were very pleasant with me and the multiple customers who came in while I waited. Overall, a good experience. I buy a lot of tires, so I'll be back!

I came for brake work, but I was called about a bad oil leak from a part, and funny thing Take 5 oil change did my oil change 2 weeks before, and did not say anything about that!
