I have used the service before and has been good. The district manager was great. He was training a new employee. New employee communicated how they were short staffed and over booked over the phone, might watch that communication due to my experiences was not a problem do t want that to deter others

Attention to customer’s concerns. Knowable about the the work I needed done.

It was not brakes, it was wheel bearings. They did a good job fast. The Ford Dealership (O C Welch) said they test drove and there was nothing wrong. I am not a mechanic, but if the wheels are grinding, which this car has for many thousands of miles, they need to be replaced. I got the used parts and both were absolutely shot. This facility is now known as NTB. Had great service there and straight shooters.

Everything was perfect, except for some reason the same service I get every time was $17. more than the last visits, with a coupon. Hmmm

Dan went above and beyond to trouble shoot and fix our problem and explained everything to us.

I had a nail in my tire, I went to two other service stations and no luck. I went into NTB and the Manager (Ron) was very polite and said he could take care of it. He showed me the damage the nail had done, ordered a new tire and agreed to put it on as soon as it came in. I agreed to buy the tire. He called me that afternoon and said it was in. I went In at opening time the next day and he only had one technician that early but he took my car pulled it into the service bay and they put the new tire on and had it back to me in about 30 minutes. I was very appreciative that he was able to take care of it all that fast. Ron, was the Manager’s name at the Hilton Head Island NTB and he was very professional, polite, explained everything that was wrong and why the repair could not be done but was able to get me a new tire quickly and fix it. I really liked the service I got at the NTB and especially how friendly and professional Ron was. I will go back again and also tell my neighbors and friends to go there too.

Given that they told me my oil filter would cost $136 I looked online and found I could buy it for $37, I told them I would buy my own. They had ordered one and would not let me use mine so they wanted only $94 for it. I refused, so they said they would sell it to at their cost, $47. I agreed to save any more problems. Then they charged me an extra $49 for the trouble of taking off the bottom cover to get to the oil filter. Most good cars today have a cover like this. It will be a cold day in you know where when I go to them for another oil change!I have had 2 cars oil changed there recently, and they ripped me off on the first one, but not as bad as this one. I have one more car that needs an oil change but it won't be done there!

We arrived in Hilton Head on a Wednesday evening, discovered a screw in our tire Thursday morning. Located and pulled into the Hilton Head NTB without an appointment. Was warmly greeted by Lori who took my information. Although there were customers with appointments, she was able to squeeze me in. Lori, knowing the last thing you want to do on vacation is spend it a day in the shop, had me in and out in less than 1/2 hour. If I lived on Hilton Head, I'd use this NTB for all my needs, and refer all my friends. I also want to point out that Daniel (who I believe is the manager...if not he should be), came out and discussed tread wear and alignment with me. Just an all-around Awesome experience.

I arrived from out of town with a problem with me car and Dan kept me informed all along the repair process and personally inspected me car to ensure the problem was solved.
