Lori quickly estimated the work and was able to accommodate me despite a busy schedule. My battery had died and needed a replacement to be able to get home. She was friendly and great customer service!

Convenience. I live within 2 miles of location. Made appointment for tire balance and rotation for full set of tires I purchased from this store. Decided to include oil change rather than to take vehicle back to GMC Dealer as I normally do. Even with $20 coupon, oil change at NTB cost $29 more than what the local GMC Dealer charged for previous oil change. Probably won’t return to NTB for the next oil change unless price becomes competitive.

I am from out of state and was in HH for vacation. We had a flat tire on our rental car and could not get help from Alamo. Dan Labbe got me in immediately, repaired the tire and put it on my car for me. The charge was also minimal. He was kind, professional and helpful!

We needed to have a tire with a slow leak dsicovered yesterday repaired quickly as we are shortly leaving town. The owner was polite professional and friendly talking to my wife about the service and made it possible for her to pick up the repaired tire and have reinstalled in just 2 hours on a very busy morning

Handled special order tire and got it done. Called upon receipt and installed same day. Could have not bothered. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE DURING A VERY TRYING TIME. kudos. AND THANKS.
