Very friendly service, fast willing to pick up required tires from another location.

Purchased tires here a while back. Received a notice that it was time for rotation. Was also time for oil change so I decided to just have them do that as well. They were quick, efficient, and professional. Very reasonably priced as well. Overall extremely happy with the service and experience here. Will be returning for my future service needs.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also saw how good they were to each and every customer that came in. They were very quick on handling deliveries. They are top-shelf on front-end alignments. Lexus of Greenville and Columbia, SC never did a good job on my RX 350. It always pulled to the right. NTB and John H. has now done my car 3 times in a year and it has been perfect. No pull to the right.

570 something $ and two days to replace two brake lines. It would have cost me 150 for parts maybe a little more and 350 for the mechanic to install

I continue to use this particular NTB on Sunset Blvd in Lexington bcs the mechanics are the best in the area, the staff are friendly and I can trust that they will do their best to get me back on the road safely and quickly with as little cost as possible.
