From the time I entered NTB, service was exceptional. As soon as the Technician was finished with the customer he was waiting on, I was greeted and assisted. At the conclusion of the service, I was called to let me know my vehicle was done. Tony C serviced my vehicle and he did an excellent job. Had a chance to meet Tony C and he was as pleasant, cordial and professional as the rest of the Staff. Often when I get my vehicle serviced at other places, I often find smudges and unsightly marks left on the car, dash or interior body of the car. When Tony C, handed me the keys, my vehicle was just as clean as when I dropped it off. Appreciate Tony C and the entire staff of NTB.
