Appointment was easy to get when I wanted it. Service was done promptly & correctly at a fair price. highly recommend MIDAS in Lancaster near East Town Mall :)

Zane the gentleman that completed my service was super friendly and even stayed to complete the service. Wayne Spears was very accommodating, customer oriented, and helpful. Service was completed in outstanding time frame. I have already recommended this location to multiple family members. I will be a repeat customer to this location. Thanks guys for all you did to help me feel safe getting on the road for my trip.

I have been a NTB customer for over 10 years. I have never been so satisfied with my service. The staff was very knowledgeable an informative. The environment feels completely different and I would recommend NTB to everyone! The store manager Mr.Kelly Adams made sure that all my needs were made.

The second I walked in, I was greeted by the Store Manager- Mr. Kelly Adams. I was offered coffee, water, waiting area with tv, and he even lent me a phone charger because mine was dying. I was communicated with throughout the services needed and he provided a generous discount pricing without any issue, just overall great experience. Found my new go-to automotive center! 10/10 stars
