I bought new tires at Costco. It was recommended by my son that I should get an alignment. Made the appointment. They tested the car and found out I did not need one. Saved me $89.00. I was very much appreciative. They were very honest.

Karen Billman has always been so professional and very nice to me , and actually after my previous attempts of trying to get my oil changed there ( Karen was not the associate either of my previous attempts) , I will only schedule with her, she is an absolute asset to NTB.

Did brake pads and disc replacement for all wheels. The store manager was very cooperative and helped reduce cost and at the same time maintain safety of the vehicle.

I needed an oil change and they also rotated my tires and inspected my vehicle. They were friendly and did everything I needed them to do. Last time they noticed I needed a new air filter and were able to replace that as well.

The staff is exceptional and very helpful. They check everything and let me know what future repairs are needs. I feel very confident in their advice and the timely fashion that the work is completed. I just moved to the area and I feel confident I have a great place to go.
