They were professional and got my four tires installed really quick. This is my second time visiting this store for tires. Thanks.

Customer service at this location is great, I don't care about the bad reviews because this place isn't a Barber shop. Just because you have an appointment doesn't mean you will get out in a reasonable time; because other things on a vehicle may need some attention.

My tires were replaced quickly and the customer service was great. They did, however, tell me I needed new struts, which is a $1,300 service. I took my car to a dealership and the dealership said my struts were perfectly fine. Please just get the second opinion from a dealership. I almost dropped $1,300 on the spot because I love my car!

the labor charge was more although its just 5-10 minute work, i was charged for 30 minute.

Had a flat tire. Went to the Mazda dealership only to be told they couldn’t help me until much later in the day. Tire Kingdom took me right in and had me out the door with a $20 tire patch in 2 hours!!

My appointment was for 3pm but they didn't even pull my vehicle in until almost 4. However the mechanic did a good job.

Gary was excellent--he knew I had a time frame and met it. Very friendly--extremely busy but still had time to treat me right. Best service at TK in a long time--He deserves a raise and praise

I scheduled an appointment for 10 am, waited 2 hours for them to do an oil change and tire rotation. I didnt get a review of what they did and they didnt reset my change engine oil dummy light. Had to YouTube it to reset it myself. Guys at the counter were rude and apparently overwhelmed by appointments. Will not return

Work was explained clearly. Customer service was great!

Replacement of belt tensioner caused a hole in radiator. Radiator was replaced at no cost. Later the transmission fluid tube to heat exchanger disconnected and caused a lose of fluid and tow back to Tire Kingdom. Replacement of faulty clamp was done and fluid replaced at no cost. Now it appears that the installed tube needs to be readjusted. Next trip back.

I scheduled the appointment online. The staff was friendly and waited on me promptly. The manager (I think) was sure to tell me how many people were in front of me with appointments and that they would get to my car shortly. He communicated well about when it started to be worked on. The whole process was good. The wait was not bad, the store was clean and well kept, the price and value of the tires was great, everyone was very friendly, and the overall experience was great. It actually was the best customer service I have run into in a long time.

I will not going back. Everytime I go I'm not happy with the service and it is not just this location.
