Colin was awesome! He even called to ask if I wanted my wiper blades replaced while my car was in getting a new battery. He noticed they weren't clearing the water fully when he drove my car into the bay while it was raining. I had meant to ask him to do this, and had forgotten, so I really appreciated the phone call!
