Tire Kingdom

I was told my car was ready at the Wesley Chapel location and found out the alignment was forgotten so I had to wait another 30 minutes. I drove home before checking under the hood and found the cap to the brake fluid was left in the cowl. Called and spoke to manager Mike Bruce who said he would take care of me. That was 4 days ago.

Communication was excellent. Chad kept me updated through the entire process. My vehicle was finished quicker than I expected.

My wife even asked if it was smart to take our Jeep to Tire Kingdom for service. I told her that I have trusted this shop for years. They have always been straight forward, and when I have compared or gotten second opinions, their recommendations always hold up. In this case, Chad was great, and not just because he has a cool name. I wasn't thrilled about the price tag, but know it's not cheap to maintain vehicles, especially when things go wrong.

Your team exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately I was losing air in my tires and your team sealed it up perfectly. Thank you .
