Quick and efficient helped me quickly didn’t have to wait long. The service advisor was polite and got me in and out efficiently with no appointments even though they were busy.

A front headlight needed replacement, and the time for completing the work is .9 (about an hour ): per the process. I was so excited to see that the job was done in less than 45 minutes! The workmanship is top quality, and I can only say their customer service is always done in a professional manner! I'll be a returning customer for sure! Thanks again for excellent service! !

We had a screw in a tire. When we called ahead they said to come in but we may have to wait a while as it was a Sunday and they were very busy. We were assured we would be taken care of by the close of the business day. When we arrived we were checked in promptly and within 30 minutes they were taking our car back to plug the tire. We received a very friendly voice mail when the car was ready. We didn't realize the store closed at 4 so we called to tell them we were on the way...were treated kindly and told not a problem. When we checked out we were surprised with a free tire repair! What a breath of fresh air for excellent customer service. We were relieved as we had a long road trip planned the following day. We will definitely go back and recommend this location to others!

Personnel were very helpful, courteous, and very friendly. Took the time to listen to my problem and told me I would receive a call when the work was completed. They called the next day and spoke to my wife and she even complimented on how friendly and courteous the caller was.

The setting up of an appointment online was very easy. I was greeted in a friendly manner and was given the $10.00 discount even though I did not have the coupon with me. Vic handled my oil change service in a very friendly and professional manner. He answered all my questions and let me know the job was finished well within the time promised. I will definitely use this Tire Kingdom for future work on my car and will recommend that my family and friends go there as well.
