Work done OK, but way too expensive!! At least they provided financing. Otherwise, it would be one star less. Also I check out that Midas does not accept your parts - you have to buy the parts from them. Bad move!

Friendliness and knowledge of service. Also, prices.

Very good quality service vs lowly michael tire in Ft. Thomas but same result. Why make appointments and get told an hour that turns into 2 hours for a routine oil change a tire rotation. I'll check another place out next time.

The service was actually really good my only complaint would be the fact they broke my door handle then acted like it was my fault so I had to take it somewhere else and pay $150 to have the door fixed.

I’ve been to other NTBs around the area, and these guys are the best around, no comparison.

The manager said that's all I needed in order to get my car fixed. My car was trying to die when in drive. A week later the same issue was happening. This time noticed that there was red liquid leaking from under my car. I called Midas and after 7 hours they said yea your transmission needs replaced and we can't do that. I asked for the manager that helped me before and apparently he walked off the job. So after charging me $744 for the tune-up I now have to find $3600 for a new transmission. :(

Completed in a timely manner

The service was poor the technician told me that they level off the air in my tires lied was not done. I ask if it was time for my oil change he said no and it was time. My husband had to take the car back to them because the maintenance light did not go off and was not reset.

They ae very friendly and professional. I didn't have the correct phone number for the account the vehicle was under, but the associate said it was no problem. He stayed professional and didn't show any irritation. I arrived a little before 9am and was finished in 45 minutes. I love that there is an option to make an appointment so there is no wait.

It was very simple and the oil change and tire rotation was very fast I really enjoyed watching them fix the car and the price for it wasn’t bad either
