From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Each associate was kind and polite towards me especially Mr. Bryan Richardson. One of the best customer service I’ve ever received in any establishment!

The service was excellent, however, I use 100% synthetic oil and this store was out of my grade. I had to wait for delivery from the parts store. The staff made the wait pleasant.

I got there st 1:15pm and I left there at 3:30pm for a tire rotation that took 15min. They had 5 employees and 4 people waiting. They worked on cars for people who were NOT waiting. Finally they rotates my car and never retest the tires. Said, "he didn't know he had to do that!. Really, the tires have pressure sensors.
